            Everyone has eyes but much less has vision. Spectating is like mirroring oneself but never forget that mirror reverses the image.

            Film Bahane invites you to experience the humankind’s odyssey in pursuit of meaning through a cinematographic vessel.

            A movie is not only there to spectate, but also to comprehend.

            First program will be held on February 6th, 2016 Saturday at 15.00 and will be carried on consecutive Saturdays; unless otherwise instructed. The workshop will last till June 25th, 2016 Saturday.

            Each month, the instructor and the participants are going to cover one movie. Here below is the list of the movies that should be watched beforehand:

1.      The Fountain- Darren Aronofsky (2006).

2.      Wild Strawberries (Smultronstället) - Ingmar Bergman (1957).

3.      The Lobster- Yorgos Lanthimos (2015).

4.      Stalker - Andrei Tarkovski (1979).

5.      2001: A Space Odyssey- Stanley Kubrick (1968).
