International Law and Responsibility to Protect

Center for Global Studies will host Assist. Prof. Halil Rahman Başaran from İstanbul Şehir University on May 25th under the series of “Special Event.” Mr. Başaran will deliver a presentation on Responsibility to Protect through the analyses of particular cases that led to the emergence of the concept as part of international law.
